Pacific Die Casting De Mexico, founded in 2003, has become an additional die casting, machining, and finishing facility for Pacific Die Casting Corporation.
Capabilities
Operating in our company-owned 55,000-square-foot facility in Commerce, California, and 25,000-square-foot facility in Tecate, Pacific Die Casting has the flexibility to produce low or high volume die castings at very competitive pricing.
Mold Design & Fabrication
Pacific Die Casting’s molds are built and engineered completely in-house allowing lower prices, faster turnaround, and a mold that best fit the customer’s needs.

Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Milling is how Pacific Die Casting begins shaping blocks of steel into the desired mold shapes. CNC mills can perform the functions of drilling and milling. The CNC Mills at PDC are controlled by sophisticated network of computers.
3D Printing
The 3D printing process is used to create an object from a three-dimensional digital model.

In die casting, molten metal is forced into a mold cavity under high pressure.
